**What’s the role?**
Work with Australia’s most recognised and prestigious publisher on a 12-month fixed-term role based in our Surry Hills office!
+ Design and execute the subscriptions growth campaign calendar for The Australian to achieve budgeted objectives
+ Reporting and analysis on campaign and channel effectiveness for all aspects of subscription performance
+ Develop strategies for new and existing subscription products and engage centre of excellence functions to deliver to plan and budget
+ Engage with The Australian editorial stakeholders to understand newsroom metrics and trends
+ Identification of opportunities to influence the performance of all marketing activities
+ Commercial planning and forecasting for subscriptions growth campaign activity
+ Develop business cases and obtain approval for subscription growth offers in collaboration with pricing and finance stakeholders
+ Post implementation reviews linking customer, business and financial results to key subscriptions growth activities
**Who are you?**
+ Ideally 5+ years subscriptions/ marketing performance, planning and proposition experience
+ Highly commercial with an analytical nature and a data-first approach
+ Great collaborator – building excellent relationships with key ‘centres of excellence’ functions is pivotal to this role
+ Strong planning and organisational skills
+ Ability to work in a fact paced environment and matrix structure
+ A keen interest in news and current affairs, and how they impact the subscriptions landscape
