What you’ll do
As our Marketing Manager on a contract through to August 2026, you’ll guide the development and execution of campaigns that amplify our voice, enhance brand awareness and increase community engagement.
You’ll create multi-channel strategies that connect with hearts and minds while ensuring measurable results and meaningful impact.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Designing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns aligned to organisational priorities and growth goals.
- Assisting with media buying, brand positioning and developing creative content to drive engagement.
- Translating market insights and performance data into actionable strategies.
- Managing budgets, negotiating media placements and tracking ROI.
- Nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and agency partners.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and innovation within the team.
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in campaign management across digital, social and traditional media.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
We would also love you to have:
- Experience in the not-for-profit or human services sector.
- Knowledge of media buying strategy and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems and analytics tools.
- A passion for social impact and a values-based approach to leadership with the ability to mentor, motivate and manage.
