We’re looking for a Marketing Officer to join our Marketing and Communications team at Churches of Christ in Kenmore.
This role is all about purposeful action—managing lead capture and customer data, supporting our brand presence at local events and expos, and helping us stay meaningfully connected with our community. You’ll be part of a team that’s agile, supportive, and always looking for ways to grow together. What you’ll be doing:

Lead Management & Data Ownership
Keep our lead pipelines flowing smoothly by tracking campaign and event leads, updating records, and sharing insights that help us improve. -
Event Coordination & Support
Be hands-on with planning, logistics, and on-site support for events that connect and inspire. Support sponsorship research and find new community connections. -
Customer Feedback Support
Help us stay responsive by triaging feedback from digital channels and ensuring it reaches the right people. -
Professional Development & Strategic Support
Get involved in shared team learning, CRM adoption, and campaign performance tracking—we see this role growing in the future.
About you
You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings:
- A qualification (or current studies) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a love for clean, accurate data.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in events or customer service.
- Are familiar with marketing automation tools.
- Have a passion for community engagement and service improvement.
