Administrator – Operations (Mackay, QLD)

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and highly organised Administrator to support our operational teams by coordinating workforce site access, travel and accommodation arrangements. Based in Mackay, you’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure compliance with client site requirements and enable seamless service delivery across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate medicals, inductions, training and site access requirements for operational staff
- Manage workforce travel and accommodation bookings in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain up-to-date records of staff competencies and licensing obligations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You

- Familiarity with NHVR and fatigue management practices
