Description:
The People & Culture Assistant will work closely with the P&C manager and broader P&C team to support the administration of ESV’s people and Culture Strategy and support the administration of day-to day operations.
The P&C Assistant focus will be to P&C administrative support in all areas of the P&C function and employee lifecycle.
The role will perform all core P&C administrative tasks and support various P&C and firm projects.
Experience
Prior experience in administration or client service roles will be highly regarded
Strong interest in building a career in People & Culture and Recruitment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
Capacity to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
If currently at university, studying a Human Resources or related degree
