As a Partner Practice Lead at Workiva, you will be supporting our corporate communication partners and graphic design partners. Your expertise in design reporting best practices and the Workiva platform will enable you to provide exceptional service and deliver high-quality reporting and consulting services. This is an ideal role for someone with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering results through ecosystem collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage ongoing relationships with corporate communication partners
- Establish and nurture partnerships designed for enablement to empower partners to deliver services to customers, and support design-related issues or escalations within Workiva.
- Build a strategic plan and partner scorecard, monitoring deployment health and satisfaction, and collecting feedback to optimize performance and achieve shared KPIs and long-term goals
- Foster strong collaboration with partner organizations, ensure cross-team understanding of partner capabilities and deployment strategies, align on a shared ecosystem growth vision to maximize Workiva adoption and value, and communicate upcoming partner program initiatives
- Support and align GTM strategies with partners (campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, and enablement) in partnership with internal marketing and sales teams; track, measure, and adjust the impact of these activities to drive seamless execution and lead generation.
- Provide training and ongoing enablement to the identified Corporate Communications Partners to ensure their design and production teams can successfully prepare highly designed reports on the Workiva Platform.
- Uphold Workiva's high standards by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing client needs
- Support internal Customer Success, Sales and other internal practices understand Corporate Communication Partners within their duties as required
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Practical understanding with InDesign, practice and ecosystems
- 8+ years of related client-facing career experience - design reporting, partner management, client services, corporate communications or similar
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of design reporting best practices
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partner relationships.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask to manage multiple processes, programs & procedures
- A collaborative, consultative approach, strong communication skills, and advisory experience with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly accountable and thrives independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
- Up to 25% travel across APAC for regular customer meetings and events
- Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
