Reporting to the National Engagement Manager (IEM), this role is central to ensuring our students experience high-quality placements that prepare them for the workforce, while strengthening partnerships with industry, alumni, and the wider professional network.

As Partnership and Placement Manager, you will play a leading role in connecting our students with meaningful and compliant placement opportunities. You’ll work closely with lecturers and trainers to ensure that all partnerships meet ACECQA and ESOS Act requirements while also providing a supportive and enriching experience for students.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates

  • Overseeing placement quality and resolving issues when they arise

Beyond this, you’ll also manage our industry contact database, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and use host feedback to continuously improve the placement process.

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Early Childhood Education sector

  • A background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management

  • An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET

A qualification in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage, but it’s not essential if you bring the right mix of experience and industry knowledge.
