About the Role
This role will be responsible for providing business partnering support to junior team members (Undergraduates to Seniors/Assistant Managers). A key aspect of this role will involve collaborating with our stakeholders to identify and address opportunities and foster a supportive and inclusive working environment.
Reporting to our P&C Manager, this role will work closely with our P&C Business Partnering team to support with the delivery of our client group’s strategic objectives aligned to our people initiatives. Core responsibilities of this role include:
Partner with leaders and the P&C team to support the execution of people strategies and cyclical P&C events including engagement surveys and initiatives, remuneration reviews, performance appraisals and manager training.
Play a role in influencing, contributing, planning and delivering P&C projects and initiatives.
Manage and support employee relations cases including performance, conduct, behaviour, and probation.
Provide day to day support and advice to employees and leaders regarding all people-related matters and policy guidance.
Assist with HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making to our client group; including tracking employment milestones for our business.
Coordinate Workers Compensation and return-to-work processes for our client group.
Partner with P&C centres of excellence including talent acquisition, mobility, L&D, operations and people experience to deliver high quality, holistic solutions for the firm.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role providing high level of support to internal stakeholders.
Intermediate understanding of HR best practice principles, and good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to support, challenge and influence.
Has worked closely on HCM systems such as Workday or HR21 is preferred, but not essential.
