What you will be doing:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, helping leaders build great teams.
- Providing advice on performance, capability, and workplace matters.
- Helping to deliver our engagement surveys, leadership programs, and culture initiatives.
- Coaching leaders and building their confidence in managing people.
- Using data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Partnering with payroll, WHS, and other teams to keep things running smoothly.
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture advisory role.
- A great communicator who can build trust and bring people together.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a bonus.
- Confident using systems like Martian Logic, CultureAmp, or keen to learn.
- A proactive, solutions-focused team player who’s ready to make an impact utilising their strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across operational teams.
- A solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and with discretion.
- Confidence in juggling priorities and working autonomously.
