Your Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst – Oracle to join our People & Culture team during an exciting time of transformation. As we uplift our HRIS platforms and expand capability across the business, you will be the functional expert for Oracle HCM, partnering with HR and IT teams to optimise processes, improve data integrity, and deliver seamless user experiences.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and system functionality, driving enhancements, change initiatives, and technology adoption that directly impact our people and culture agenda.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM modules, configuration, and enhancements.
Partner with HR and IT to implement, optimise, and support new modules and upgrades.
Lead process improvement and change management initiatives across the P&C function.
Document, maintain, and streamline business processes, data flows, and system design.
Deliver user training, testing, reporting, and governance to ensure system reliability and adoption.
Collaborate with Oracle support partners on patches, upgrades, and releases.
About You
You are an HRIS professional with proven Oracle HCM expertise, strong analytical capability, and the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments, are confident engaging with stakeholders, and bring a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven experience supporting and enhancing HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM highly desirable).
Strong skills in configuration, testing, process mapping, and user training.
Advanced analytical and reporting capability (Excel, Power BI, OTBI).
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Experience in global or matrixed organisations advantageous.
