About the Position
We are looking to welcome a Program Manager to lead a team to deliver high quality outcomes within a performance planning and development culture and support children and families engaging in Therapy and Education services.
- Full time position.
- Government funded until 30 September 2028 with possible extension.
- Level 8 SCHCADS Award. Salary range: $129,211 - 134,296 + Superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the professional practice of the Therapy and Education teams.
- Conduct case consultations primarily to Therapy and Education team, and other services as required.
- Actively participate in partnership and sector meetings to develop integrated service delivery for children and families.
- Manage service delivery within the Board approved budget, approve budget expenditure and provide monthly reports against the budgets.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or other relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.
- Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.
- Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and the community
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a WWCC or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
