ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Officer – CCSQ-Control Centre Reform (CCR) program will work very closely with the CCSQ executive team, Project Manager CCSQ CCR, Operational Lead CCR and the CCR project team, to manage organisational service transformation initiatives for NSW Ambulance into implementable change programs, working closely with and reporting into the relevant home directorate.
The role will focus on CCR initiatives, associated with the $1.76 billion NSW Government investment in NSW Ambulance, delivering 2128 staff, 30 ambulance stations and new models of care to support primary and secondary triage and community access to mobile emergency care.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Qualifications or experience in project management
- Understanding of the NSW Ambulance Control Centre environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and the flexibility to adapt
- Able to communicate with key stakeholders, coordinate working groups and consultation and ensure strong engagement and collaboration occurs
- Able to prepare people to adapt and adopt to change
