TMT Marketing is looking for an innovative self starter to help the next evolution of our direct sales business!
Administration & Coordination skills of 5+ years we are seeking, mature and semi autonomous worker to do varied times during the week Monday to Friday. This opportunity would start part time, and ideally grow in the next 6 months to a full time ongoing opportunity as our campaigns grow.
Your Role
Managing bookings, organising rosters, assignments and liaising with many internal and external stakeholders. Paperwork auditing of contracts, agreements and filing them digitally. Working with the Director of TMT to ensure smooth business operations back of house, paperwork, excel spreadsheets, reporting, managing job postings and refreshing them. This is an evolving role over time, no day would be the same.
We are not after someone completely new to the workforce, but someone with 2-5 years under their belt, and wishing to join a start up sales agency in their 4th year now of business and really about to diversify their business and have multiple sales campaigns running simultaneously. Your opportunity here would only grow as the business revenue and sales teams do.
Note - a serious love of numbers, administration and reporting is our ideal candidate we are seeking.
Working location - mixed between Bowen Hills office and WFH (Work From Home)
