Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. This is your opportunity to work with a leading HR SaaS company and build the foundation for a successful sales career in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Your Day-to-Day
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads for our existing business team.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and represent the value of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in our Salesforce, Gong and other allocated tools!
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years outbound sales experience – highly regarded B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Strong customer service background
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ambitious results driven nature
- Hungry and motivated to grow, learn and work your way up!
