About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Copy & Content Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on, support-focused role ideal for a university student or emerging marketer looking to gain agency experience across a wide range of industries and clients.
You’ll work closely with our Content Lead to support the development and execution of content strategies, primarily focused on email marketing and digital campaigns. We take a data-driven approach to content, combining creativity and brand tone of voice with insights that inform messaging and optimise performance.
You’ll be part of a global, collaborative team and play a key role in shaping the tone of voice for various brands, assisting with campaign planning, content QA, A/B testing, and creating copy that drives engagement and conversions.
We’ve supported brands with their retention marketing strategies across industries - from beauty and wellness to FMCG, fashion, and homewares. Clients include Blundstone, T2, [yellow tail], Omnilux, Happy V, Melrose Health, Gingham & Heels, and many more - giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of voices and customer journeys.

- Assist in copywriting for email flows, campaigns, and ad copy aligned with brand guidelines and strategy
- Contribute to campaign calendars and content outlines

- Dive into A/B test results and help inform future content and messaging decisions
- Help research, organise, and incorporate UGC and customer feedback into content strategies
- Conduct competitor and market research to support content recommendations
- Stay on top of copywriting best practices, industry trends, and platform capabilities
About You
- You’re studying or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- You have strong writing skills and an eye for detail
- You’re curious, creative, and not afraid to ask questions
- You’re organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks or deadlines
- You’re comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- You enjoy digging into the ‘why’ behind great content and are always looking to improve your craft
- You’re genuinely interested in digital marketing and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced agency environment
- You’re based in or around Newcastle and open to occasional in-person sessions with the team
- You’re confident using AI tools to support content creation, but know how to strategically leverage them without over-relying on them
