The Opportunity
Findex currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in the Strategic Pricing workstream. In this Senior position, you will work across several initiatives both cross functionally and laterally. This would be a 24-month fixed-term contract with the option to work remotely from anywhere in Australia.
This dynamic, hands-on role will play a crucial role in strengthening our pricing capability through strategically aligned pricing projects. Partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, successful execution will transform our current pricing landscape, ensuring fair value for our expertise while continuing to deliver outstanding value to our clients.
What will your typical week look like?
- Drive Program Delivery: Lead planning and execution of project milestones, manage interdependencies across workstreams, and ensure alignment with strategic pricing objectives and commercial excellence outcomes. This includes working with digital teams, process owners, and policy leads to operationalise strategic initiatives through scalable processes, policy design, and system changes.
- Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate regular updates with key stakeholders including Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, and Executive sponsors to ensure transparency, address risks, and support change readiness.
- Support Analysis & Insights: Collaborate with pricing analysts and commercial leads to interpret pricing data, monitor key KPIs, and ensure project activities are informed by commercial insights and market dynamics.
- Manage Governance & Change: Maintain project governance (RAIDs, reporting, steering packs), coordinate change management efforts including communications and training, and ensure stakeholder adoption of pricing tools and processes.

Must Haves:
- Able to take ownership of individual work streams while remaining adaptable and adding value across broader initiatives as needed; collaborative, proactive, and resilient in the face of change.
- Prior experience in a Change Manager capacity, with the ability to guide stakeholders through transformation and foster engagement throughout the journey
- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and integrate within cross-functional teams.
Nice to Haves:
- Strong understanding of a professional services environment, ideally within accounting, though not necessarily limited to the finance sector.
- Demonstrated experience in price-setting initiatives, including centralised pricing and commercial model development.
