Your role

 

Coordinate, supervise and direct the work of Youth Officers across the Reiby Youth Justice Centre to ensure that daily routines, admissions and discharges, security, casework and program attendance to ensure the appropriate care and custody of youth, safety of staff and consistent application of the unit program, in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures and deal with issues and risks as they arise.
