About the Role
As State Sales Manager – NSW, you’ll lead a high-performing external sales team to drive profitable growth and deliver on strategic sales objectives. You’ll be responsible for managing sales operations, coaching your team, and building strong customer relationships across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team
- Create and execute sales strategies and forecasts
- Manage sales reporting, financial performance, and administration
- Analyse customer behaviours and market trends
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales reps
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes
