About the Role

At BOQ Group, we know that great people practices are at the heart of business success. As our Strategic People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to General Managers and senior leaders, helping shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance, growth, and cultural alignment. You’ll work closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into meaningful workforce solutions - whether that’s through organisational design, talent development, or change leadership.

This role is all about impact. You’ll lead initiatives that build capability, foster inclusion, and enhance engagement across the organisation. You’ll use data and insights to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and guide strategic planning. And you’ll design practical tools and resources that empower leaders to lead with confidence and clarity. It’s a role that blends strategy with action, and influence with collaboration.

You will report to the Head of People and sit within the Strategic Business Partnering team.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with General Managers to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goals
  • Influence enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
  • Drive performance frameworks and change leadership
  • Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate across Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions

About you

You bring a thoughtful, inclusive approach to everything you do. You’re commercially minded and deeply curious about how people practices shape business outcomes. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and know how to coach and influence with credibility and care.

Your background includes experience in talent management, organisational development, and change leadership, ideally within customer-centric industries. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and agility are key.

You communicate with clarity, build trust easily, and design solutions that are both engaging and effective. Most importantly, you’re passionate about creating workplaces where people can grow, contribute, and feel connected to a shared purpose. Your work will directly influence leadership capability, workforce effectiveness, and business performance

Working for us is fun and fast-paced, and we are seeking top talent to take us where we want to go. BOQ Group people are easy to spot.
