Salary package: $95,987 - $110,489 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position
The School of Medicine and Psychology is seeking a Student Development Officer (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Program). This position works within the Indigenous Health Unit based on the ANU Acton Campus. Reporting to the Chair Indigenous Health and responsive to academic staff who oversee the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Program. This position supports local academic staff and liaises with a number of stakeholders to promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health through curriculum content, recruitment and retention of students.
The Person

Demonstrated connections with local Aboriginal community and a contemporary understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples within Australian society are essential.
