The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a confident, humble leader to take charge of our Tech Hub team across NSW & Tasmania - someone who can balance operational oversight with strategic improvements and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll have broad technology ownership, from laptops and mobiles to meeting room systems and printers, and the autonomy to shape how workplace tech supports thousands of people every day. This high-impact role lets you tackle real challenges, help build a positive and engaged team culture, shape processes, and leave your mark across NSW & Tasmania. With a mix of leadership, project work, and strategic initiatives, no two days will be the same, and the wins you deliver will be felt across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically distributed Tech Hub team
- Oversee the smooth operation of workplace technology, ensuring high-quality staff experiences
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues, balancing short-term fixes with long-term improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, influence decisions, and maintain service excellence
- Drive team culture, engagement, and morale through strong leadership and coaching
- Lead and contribute to projects, relocations, and process improvement initiatives
If you’re ready to lead, influence, and make meaningful change, we want to hear from you.
What you will bring
You’re a people-focused leader who can lead confidently, listen as well as you direct, and inspire a team to do their best work. You know workplace technology and IT support inside out, but your real skill is building relationships, influencing culture, and driving service improvements.
- Solid experience leading IT support or workplace technology teams, both virtually and in-person
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Operational management experience with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience managing desktop support environments and client hardware
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Clear, confident communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
