Due to significant growth, and the need to service our valued clients across the region, we are looking for a Territory Manager, to be based out of our Silverwater office and servicing our greater NSW Mobile Speed Camera program.
This full-time Maximum Term Contract (ending June 2026) requires working from our Silverwater office 5 days per week including occasional regional NSW depot visits.
The role
The Territory Manager, Mobile Speed Camera Operations (MSCO) is responsible for leading a skilled team of Mobile Speed Camera Operators to ensure the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of the NSW Mobile Speed Camera Program. Based in Silverwater, this role combines people leadership, recruitment, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management to drive program success and support Verra Mobility’s mission of improving road safety across NSW.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mobile Speed Camera Operators to deliver safe and effective enforcement operations across NSW.
- Oversee daily program delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
- Drive operational improvements, innovation, and efficiency to strengthen program outcomes.
- Manage staffing, rostering, budgets, and resources to optimise performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to support program success.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Who You Are
You are an experienced operational leader with a background in service delivery within high-compliance environments such as transport, utilities, or government services. With over 10 years in frontline leadership, you are skilled at managing teams, resources, and budgets while maintaining safety and service standards. You thrive in fast-paced settings, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements that lift performance and customer outcomes. A full and valid Australian Driver’s license is a pre-requisite requirement to perform this role.
