The role
Join a team of gaming professionals dedicated to elevating the casino experience at Crown Sydney. We are seeking Trainee Dealers who are enthusiastic about making a difference, being recognised for outstanding service, and enhancing their skills in Australia’s most luxurious casino. This role requires excellent communication skills, diligence, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. If you are resolute, professional, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, Crown Sydney is the perfect place for you to start your career in the gaming industry. You will also receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are well-prepared to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our guests. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to acheive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Hospitality.
- MUST hold an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or have permanent residency status.
- Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster, including public holidays (please note, shift preferences are not offered).
- Commit to a 5-week full-time training schedule (Monday to Friday during business hours), commencing on April 7th, 2025.
About you
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
- Robust math calculation skills.
- Consistently punctual and dependable for all shifts and training sessions.
- High level of integrity.
- Willing to complete a physical assessment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL).
