**What’s the role?**
Suddenly is growing, and weʼre looking for a sharp, collaborative and creatively driven Video Editor to join our Melbourne team. You will be part of a tight-knit crew delivering standout, high-volume work for our key retail client across digital, social and in-store platforms. If you love the thrill of fast-paced production, working shoulder-to-shoulder with producers and creatives, and bringing ideas to life through editing that cuts through – this oneʼs for you.
What youʼll do
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content with flair and speed, from first cut through to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with producers, production managers, and account teams to bring concepts to life
- Work with brand assets, graphics, and music to deliver consistent and engaging storytelling
- Manage multiple edits at once, balancing creativity with efficiency
- Work in tandem with Suddenlyʼs broader creative and content team to deliver on-brand, on-time outputs
**Who are you?**
- You’re a detail-loving, idea-driven editor who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Youʼre confident using Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop and/or audio tools a bonus)
- You take feedback with good grace and work proactively to solve problems and elevate the work
- You’re organised, can juggle deadlines and keep cool under pressure
- Understand social trends and platforms, you know how to capture the audienceʼs attention
- Experience in retail content is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker — energy, collaboration and hustle are what count most
