What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Race Strategy)
- Handling general administration duties like a legend, keeping everything running like a finely tuned V8
- Answering phones and delivering top-notch reception services—because no call should be left in the pits
- Making follow-up calls for clients, ensuring nothing stalls on the track
- Tackling virtual assistant tasks as they pop up, shifting gears between priorities with ease
- Speaking with clients and assisting with their admin needs—because every great driver needs a top-tier pit crew
- For specific clients, you’ll be trained to:
- Answer emails like a customer service champion
- Make phone calls for an online client as needed—keeping communication on track
- Process and follow up on online orders, ensuring every delivery crosses the finish line
- Provide general admin support whenever needed—keeping the business in high gear
- Handle customer service queries with speed and accuracy
- Maintain and update training notes for clients, so everyone stays in the driver’s seat
- Schedule appointments and meetings, keeping calendars in pole position

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (because every great driver knows their dashboard)
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and straight to the finish line
