We are seeking a proactive and detailed-orientated Administrator / Accounts Member to join our happy and long term team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is comfortable juggling a variety of administrative and accounts-related tasks. You’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting essential operational functions.
Key tasks
- Minor bookkeeping tasks such as Accounts Payable
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Process invoices and check prices to price lists
- Maintain office documents, records, and filing systems
- Reconcile accounts and assist with tracking expenses and payments
- Support the team with general administrative duties as needed
We are looking for someone with

- Good communicator on the phone and in person
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with Outlook and Excel and general office systems

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
