Overview:
We are seeking for Accounts Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our team ASAP. This will suit a self-driven, organised individual who can establish and maintain relationships across different departments while maintaining the flexibility to work across several duties simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines. You will be working within a close-knit team with potential career growth.

Key Responsibility:
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation
- Assist in account reconciliations and report generation
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Maintain orderly financial filling system
- Other accounts and administration duties as directed
Qualifications:
- Good accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting/invoice software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
