About the Role
As an Accounts Clerk at Olinga Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will handle a range of responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Weekly Payroll
- Calculation and payment of Payroll Tax, Long Service Leave and Superannuation
- Full Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Manage and allocate all business credit cards
- Account and Bank Reconciliations
- Adhoc administration and accounting duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Experience using MYOB and Xero desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
- High level of accuracy
- Energetic and positive attitude
Key performance indicators
- Timely and accurate preparation of weekly payroll
- Timely Payment of Invoices and Credit Card Reconciliation.
- Liaise with Management: Resolve accounts payable problems or complaints within specified time frames.
- Professional and Efficient Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
