Job description:
The Accounts Clerk provides support in ensuring a high qualitystandard of the administrative operations of accounts and claims.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling communication and correspondence with suppliersand staff including recording cost variations and contract pricemovements.
Performing efficient and accurate data entry and filing ofaccounts, including timekeeping, timesheets and traineereports,
Assisting the Accounts Team with preparation of fortnightlypayroll information and month-end accounts,
Undertaking weekly invoicing when required,
Assisting with debtor management,
Supporting the business and its strategic partners,
preparing and processing documentations related to account payable and receivable
Bank Reconciliations
Managing participant funding - review and monitor funding levelfor each participant
Obtain medical expense receipts and information who to chargeto and create invoice in Xero.
Record bills from Hubdoc.
Prepare fortnightly payroll
Prepare weekly invoicing in Xero
Qualification and Experience:
AQF Cert II or Higher
Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field
Working with Children
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
