We’re looking for a detail-driven, organised, and proactive team member to join Skala Bakery in a role combining accounts administration and purchasing.
What you’ll do:
- Process accounts payable & receivable
- Reconcile supplier statements & follow up on overdue accounts
- Generate invoices & process payments
- Count and reconcile cash from our retail stores
- Place supplier orders & track deliveries
- Monitor stock levels & assist with purchasing decisions
What you’ll need:
- Accounts/bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Purchasing or procurement knowledge an advantage
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software & Microsoft Office
