Ultrascreen is hiring! Admin Assistant (25 hours/week)
Location: Sunbury | Start: Early September | Duration: September – April
We’re a local business planning for our upcoming busy season, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and friendly Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week).
What’s on offer:
- Flexible hours to suit school drop-offs/pickups or limited availability
- 5hrs/day, 5 days/week (start & finish time negotiable, within our operating hours of 9am – 5pm)
- Supportive, family-friendly team environment
- On-site role at our Sunbury factory
- $28-30hr
- Start from early September, continuing through to April – the role is mainly to assist us through our busy summer season, however, ongoing work may be available for the right candidate
Your role will include:
- Being the first point of contact for inbound phone calls
- Scheduling site visits for our sales and installation team
- General admin support and office duties
Ideal for someone who:
- Is confident on the phone and great with people
- Has good organisational and time management skills
- Is comfortable using computer programs such as excel and outlook
- Enjoys working in a small, hands-on team
