The Opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Working 3 days per week, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by supporting both our Contracts and Admin teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Entering data into payment claim templates and checking against payment schedules
Investigating discrepancies and processing credits when needed
Assisting with claim submissions and contract reconciliations
Managing office coordination: reception, purchase orders, record keeping, consumables
Supporting the Contract Administrator during leave periods
Liaising with Head Office functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Safety) to ensure compliance with internal processes
What You’ll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and confidence with numbers
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in administration or contract/data entry roles (construction or manufacturing preferred)
Organised, efficient, and a great communicator
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
