Fraser Coast Physiotherapy in Hervey Bay needs an experienced administration assistant/receptionist to partner with our other staff member (who works Wednesday - Friday) providing administration support and reception on Mondays and Tuesdays , in a part time capacity of approx. 15 - 17 hours per week.
The successful applicant will also be required to cover shifts on Wed/Thurs/Fri for the other receptionist, due to illness or vacation leave.
In combination with reception duties, this role includes administrative duties, requiring a very proficient communicator in person, by phone and email; with neat legible handwriting and accurate spelling. Touch typing is required, including typing up the physiotherapist’s handwritten medical reports and proof reading them precisely.
Experience in scheduling patient/client appointments using client management software (eg Best Practice/MediRecords/Halaxy etc.); and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.
Pay rate is from $32 per hour in accordance with the award, depending on the level of your experience. The position is casual for a trial period of three months. After a successful trial period, the position will become permanent part time.
