What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering calls and handling customer inquiries professionally
- Greeting and assisting clients in person with warmth and efficiency
- Performing accurate data entry and administrative support
- Responding to online enquiries and processing payments
- Following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments
- Assisting with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in storage or hotel systems
- Familiarity with Sitelink software is highly desirable
- A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone manner and confident communication skills
- Strong ability to follow up on payments and communicate firmly when needed
Availability: Minimum 20 hours per week, including every second Saturday (with a higher pay rate on Saturdays).
Experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles will be highly regarded.
