The Belmont’s meticulously renovated residence features the addition of 15 opulent suites, boasting separate lounge rooms and bedrooms, kitchenettes, beautifully appointed ensuites, and most featuring private terraces with sweeping district views.
Offering the perfect blend of independence and care, these private living quarters are complemented with the latest in technology to support safety and comfort that is available throughout the home.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a cheery and motivated Administration Officer to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents, and employees feel warm and welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy switchboard
- Meet and greet all guests
- Accept deliveries
- Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts
- Support recruitment and education of staff
- Handle payroll-related tasks
- Support the General Manager as required
- Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees
What you’ll need
- Computer literacy and speed
- Aged Care experience (desirable)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia

- Certificate III in Administration (desirable)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (desirable)
- Aged Care experience (desirable)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
