About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Office Support Administrator to join our Campsie Head Office team. In this role, you will provide a wide range of administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties and responding to incoming communications
- Carrying out general admin tasks such as filing, printing, photocopying, and data entry
- Supporting Directors, Allied Health Practitioners, and the Support Coordination team with administrative tasks
- Assisting the Support Coordination team with client file management, service agreements, and scheduling
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required
This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our team.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience or knowledge of the NDIS or a related industry (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with systems such as SPLOSE and/or Brevity (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
