Overview of the Role
Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to help keep the operations running smoothly while supporting their team and clients. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and enjoys variety in their day.
We are looking for a part-time or full-time Administration Assistant / Digital Marketing Guru to assist with the following:
- Social media management – content creation, brand awareness, and responding to messages
- Assisting with meeting minutes and action points
- Managing inboxes and setting action items for the Director and Operations Manager
- Graphic design requirements, HubSpot template creation, and workflow management into Ascora
- Answering phone calls and handling client enquiries
- Following up on quotations and client communications
Essential:
- Strong administration skills with experience managing emails, calendars, and action points
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with CRM or project management software (HubSpot, Ascora, or similar)
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of workflows
Desirable:
- Graphic design skills for content creation
- Social media management experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Interest in exploring new tech or AI tools to streamline processes
