Administrative & Billing Assistant (Contractor, 3 hours per week)
Based in Brisbane, QLD
H4 PHYSIO is a Brisbane-based mobile physiotherapy service dedicated to delivering high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes and aged care facilities. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Assistant to support our growing operations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for key administrative and financial coordination tasks, including:
- Weekly online invoicing (must be completed by every Monday)
- Tracking invoice payments and reconciling payment records
- File management using Google Drive and shared documents
- Email-based communication with staff and partner providers
- Maintaining remittance records for all team members
- Preparing and sending monthly statements to certain providers
Requirements
- Experience in medical administration, especially in allied health or medical centre settings
- Strong working knowledge of Cliniko or similar booking/invoicing platforms
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines consistently
- Korean language skills are a strong advantage but not required
