The Access and Inclusion team provides expert assistance to students and staff in the management, administration and coordination of student equity, diversity and disability services. In this role, you will provide frontline reception services for students, staff and community members who contact Access and Inclusion, and administrative support to the Accessibility Advisers and Coordinator, within a context of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
You will also, under general direction, provide support and assistance in a range of administrative duties within Access and Inclusion, contributing to programs and objectives as a member of the team.
Key Criteria
The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability to:
Provide a high level of customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work sensitively and effectively with a diverse range of people,
Deliver frontline reception services and administrative support, with an understanding of confidentiality in handling information,
Work efficiently and autonomously on directed goals and tasks, including managing competing priorities
Undertake tasks with a high level of computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms relevant to the role.

Travel between campuses may be a requirement of the position.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time fixed-term position will attract a remuneration of $77,040, to $82,054 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
