Are you a people person with a passion for helping others navigate aged care? Bolton Clarke is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Admissions Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting families and residents through the admissions journey, while driving occupancy across our NSW homes.
This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same working Monday to Friday and you’ll work closely with State Occupancy Manager, General Managers, clinical teams, and external referrers to ensure timely, appropriate placements and a seamless admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with referrers, families, and residents to generate leads and fill vacancies
- Conduct home tours and guide families through the admissions process
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure care needs align with placements
- Support marketing initiatives and attend events to boost visibility and engagement
- Coach and mentor home staff to build local sales capability
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support reporting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, goal-oriented, and confident in achieving KPIs
- Empathetic, outgoing, and able to build trust quickly
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to travel across NSW homes regularly
- Own car and current drivers license
- Background in sales, aged care, or healthcare
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
- No formal qualifications required – just the right attitude and drive!
