Due to our rapid expansion, we are now looking for an Appointment Setter to join our Enquiries Team and be at the forefront of our growth. You'll need a strong ability to connect with potential customers who are reaching out to us through our advertising channels. This is your chance to shine without the pressure of cold calling.
About the Position
As our Appointment Setter, you will be the friendly first voice of our company. In this crucial role, you'll connect with potential customers who have already shown interest in our products. You then understand their needs, share the value of clean, filtered water, and schedule an in-home consultation with one of our expert Water Technicians. This is your chance to help families in our community discover a healthier way of living.
About You
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
- A natural ability to build rapport and connect with anybody.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
- Comfortable travelling into our Osborne Park Office.
