We are a growing Sydney-based labour hire company, supplying skilled and reliable staff to the warehousing, logistics, construction, and events industries. With a strong reputation for service excellence, we are now looking to bring on a dedicated Appointment Setter / Business Development Manager to help us connect with new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
The Role
This role focuses on building rapport with potential clients and securing appointments for our senior management team. You will be provided with clear guidelines, support, and all the tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact Sydney-based businesses to discuss our staffing services
- Clearly explain our service offering and capabilities
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers for senior managers
- Confirm appointment details and provide follow-up where necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients
About You
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in appointment setting, administration, or B2B customer service (labour hire or recruitment industry experience highly regarded)
