About Our Norman Gardens Centre
Norman Gardens is a warm, welcoming space where every child feels at home. Our centre features beautiful, purpose-built environments — from our cosy Baby World library to our hands-on Garden to Plate program — designed to inspire curiosity and learning. About You
You’re an inspiring leader who thrives on supporting others and creating a positive, collaborative workplace. You’re also deeply committed to early childhood education, bringing both a professional approach and a nurturing heart to everything you do. You’re organised, approachable, and confident in guiding a team while building strong relationships with families and the community.
What You’ll Need
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – or higher
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an early childhood setting (desirable)
- A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Child Protection, First Aid/CPR, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for making a difference
