What we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience or confidence to step into a leadership role
- A genuine love for children, learning, and collaborative teamwork
- Applicable certifications in child safety and first aid (or willing to obtain)
- Valid WWC Card/up to date Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- A big-picture thinker who’s also across the details
- A team player, go getter, ideas person, great communicator and positive thinker!
