What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Assistant Development Manager, you’ll work closely with our internal and external project teams to bring venue visions to life. You’ll be responsible for the front-end development phase, from feasibility and planning approvals to early design management and stakeholder engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading early planning, feasibility & site analysis for refurb and expansion projects
Translating operational briefs into design and functional requirements
Overseeing concept design, documentation, and planning approvals
Engaging with local councils, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Supporting project delivery to ensure design intent and quality outcomes are met
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in architectural design or property development
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation & authority approval processes
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret feasibility models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Bonus points for experience in hospitality, hotel, or retail projects
