Warren Central School is a vibrant K–12 school located in the township of Warren and serving the surrounding rural areas. The school caters to 238 students, with approximately 56% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, the Wayilwan people.

- Proven ability to strengthen a dynamic and responsive school-wide approach to student inclusion, wellbeing, attendance and behaviour management processes enabling every student to connect, succeed, and thrive.
- Demonstrated capacity to build authentic connections with students, parents, staff, community and local Aboriginal Education Consultative Group to strengthen productive educational partnerships to enhance the learning and wellbeing of a diverse range of students across the school setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead evidence-informed, differentiated teaching strategies that emphasise explicit instruction and are guided by assessment and data analysis to improve student outcomes.
