We have a secret we've been keeping... Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue in Charlestown Square and we’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to lead the way in this exciting new location!
As the leader of the pack, you'll keep things running smoothly, from making sure customers leave with big smiles to guiding an awesome team. You’ll handle the day to day, keep the venue sparkling, and make sure everything's running like a dream. Plus, you'll manage inventory, KPIs, and the venue’s P&L.
What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
- Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
- Day to day inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
- Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience = bonus!)
- A people person who can bring out the best in their team and customers
- A go getter with a positive, can do attitude
- Experience in creating rosters, managing KPI's and developing a team
- Organised, proactive, and always up for the challenge!
