About the Role
As the Branch Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Townsville branch. You’ll support a high-performing team by managing a wide range of administrative functions, contributing to outstanding customer service and internal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Switch board operations and assisting with enquires in a respectful manner.
- Manage incoming mail from all sources
- Assist with incoming/outgoing correspondence to customers, suppliers and technicians.

Maintain the main office with stationary orders and other office consumables in accordance with
TMHA procedure - Assist the Service Supervisor with spare part enquires and processing, including parts interpretation, quoting on parts, processing and despatching of orders.
- Process and invoice Purchase Orders
- Assist with customer enquiries regarding short term rental and coordinating the fleet
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administration or office support role
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems (experience with SAP highly regarded)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in a service or technical industry is a plus
