About the Team & Office
Join a high-energy team that lives and breathes Hit and Triple M, two of Australia’s most iconic audio brands. In this role, you'll help shape and execute brand strategies and promotional campaigns that engage and resonate with our audience.
Our Cairns office is located in the heart of Far North Queensland, a region known for its laid-back lifestyle, tropical climate, and stunning natural beauty. As the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest, Cairns offers a unique blend of adventure and relaxation.
A day in the life?
As Brand & Promotions Lead at SCA, you’ll drive ratings success by creating and executing exciting audience experiences with the local content team. You’ll manage targeted activations, shape brand strategies, and use branding, web tactics, and social media to get our products noticed in the local market.
Each day is an opportunity to boost ratings and engage listeners with creative, impactful campaigns. You’ll also lead and mentor a Brand & Promotions Specialist, helping them grow alongside the team.
What You’ll Need

Experience in radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media, and/or social media strategy

Proactive mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions

Excellent people and resource management skills

Proven success in leading, motivating, and inspiring teams

A knack for providing creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage staff and clients at all levels
