At Accent Group, we are growing — and right now, we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help support our growing number of projects. Based in our Cremorne office, this is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects in a fast-paced retail environment, surrounded by a supportive and passionate team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be right at the heart of our project team, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and turn them into clear, practical solutions. From running workshops and gathering requirements to supporting UAT and managing smaller initiatives, you’ll play a key role in bringing our ideas to life.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Leading workshops and interviews to understand business needs
• Documenting requirements and mapping current vs future state
• Supporting testing and change management
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Helping to set the standard for great business analysis at Accent Group
What we’re looking for
You’re not just a Business Analyst — you’re someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems and making things better. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, you thrive in fast-moving environments, and you love working with people.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in retail
• Knowledge of ERP and eCommerce systems (AP21 experience is a bonus)
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• A flexible, “make it happen” mindset
